Rungta group of Colleges are managed under the umbrella of two societies GDR Educational Society for Bhilai and GD Rungta Foundation for Raipur campus.
GDR Educational Society was founded in the year 1999 in the name of our founder Late Shri Ghanshyam Das Ji Rungta, who was a living example of courage, determination and vision to contribute to the society by bringing up the overall living standards, The GDR Educational Society today seems to truly imbibe his ideals and follow the path shown by him.
The Group in just a span of 10 years has today established itself as a name synonymous with Quality Education. The society with its unique model of education, has earned a name for itself in the academic community and the industry. Under the able stewardship of Chairman Shri Santosh Rungta, it has emerged as group with institution’s of excellence in the fields of Higher education.
The Group today has 10 premier institutions under GDR Educational Society and two new engineering colleges under the banner of GD Rungta Foundation.
